Shipping and Delivery:

• Delivery fees vary depending on the type of products ordered and the delivery address.
• Products delivered by the company will be sent to the customer’s address and unloaded in front of the building chosen by the customer. The company is not obligated to bring the goods inside the building.
• Delivery outside Dammam may take longer than expected in rare cases such as stock unavailability or the need to relocate stock to the desired location outside Dammam.
• Dammam: 3-4 business days.
• Outside Dammam: 5-10 business days (depending on product availability).
• Outside Dammam: 12-15 business days (if products are unavailable).
• Outside Dammam: Up to 15 business days (during peak seasons and promotions).
• Holidays and official and national holidays are not included in the shipping time.
