Shipping and Delivery
At Enma & Injaz we show the shipping cost and expected delivery time before you complete your order. The cart and checkout pages display the actual shipping fee calculated by our carrier (Aramex) based on the products, the city and the delivery address.
Shipping fees
- Free shipping is not automatic on every order. It applies only when you use a valid free-shipping coupon, or when a qualifying offer is clearly shown in the cart and at checkout.
- Otherwise, the calculated Aramex fee is shown before you confirm the order, and no hidden shipping charges are added after payment.
- The fee may change if the address or the cart contents change before the order is completed.
Expected delivery time
- Within Dammam: usually 3 to 4 business days.
- Outside Dammam, when the product is in stock: usually 5 to 10 business days.
- When the product is not immediately available: delivery may take 12 to 15 business days.
- During campaigns and peak seasons: delivery may extend to 15 business days because of higher demand.
These times are estimates, not a fixed promise of two-day delivery. The period starts once the order is confirmed and paid, and excludes weekends and public holidays. Delivery time can be affected by the delivery address, the size of the product, stock availability, or carrier conditions outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your shipment is prepared, you can follow its status on the Track Order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Receiving and checking your order
If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos, as described in our Exchange and Return Policy.
