These terms govern the use of the Enma & Injaz online store and the purchase of products through it. The store is operated by Enma & Injaz Sanitary Ware, a branch of Salem Balhamer Trading Company Ltd., in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By completing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

2. Eligibility and account
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and order details and for keeping your login details confidential.
3. Products and prices
We take reasonable care to show product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Prices include value added tax unless stated otherwise, and shipping fees (if any) are added clearly before the order is confirmed.
If a material error appears in a price, description or stock level, we will contact the customer to confirm the correction or to cancel the affected part of the order and refund the amount paid for it.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order receipt confirmation is shown after submission, and the order is accepted once it is confirmed for preparation or shipping. We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, such as the product being unavailable or payment verification failing, in which case we will inform the customer and refund any amount due.
5. Payment
The payment methods shown on the checkout page are available. Payments are processed by approved payment providers, and orders may be subject to security verification.
6. Shipping and delivery
Our Shipping and Delivery Policy explains fees and expected delivery times. Aramex fees are calculated in the cart or at checkout. Free shipping applies only with a valid coupon or a qualifying offer shown in the order.
7. Cancellation, exchange and returns
You may request cancellation before the shipment is handed to the carrier. After shipping, our Exchange and Return Policy applies. Eligible products may be returned within a single period of 14 calendar days from delivery, and the customer’s statutory rights remain in full.
8. Warranty
Products covered by a warranty are subject to the warranty terms shown on the product page or the warranty card, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights.
9. Use of the website and intellectual property
You may not use the website unlawfully, try to disrupt its services, or attempt unauthorised access to its systems. Website content is owned by or licensed to Enma & Injaz and may not be reused commercially without permission, except where the law allows.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected.
11. Liability and force majeure
These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for delays caused by events reasonably outside our control, and we will take appropriate steps to inform the customer and reduce the impact.
12. Changes and governing law
The version published at the time of an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi authorities and courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
