If the packaging is damaged, the customer should refuse delivery or note the issue on the delivery receipt.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer has the right to report any defects or errors (such as size, color, quantity, or hidden damage) within <\/span><b>48 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of receiving the products, and <\/span><b>prior to installation or use<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Signing the delivery receipt (paper\/digital) is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the products were received in good visible condition and as ordered.<\/span>\n<h3><b>Exchange &amp; Return Period<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Exchange Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 7 days<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Return Period<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: 14 days from the date of receipt (for purchases via website or app).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No request will be accepted without providing the <\/span><b>invoice number<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or the <\/span><b>registered mobile number<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Conditions for Return\/Exchange<\/b><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To accept a return or exchange request, the following must be met:<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product must be returned to the company\u2019s warehouse or shipped back in its original, unused condition, free from breakage or misuse.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product must be in its <\/span><b>original box and packaging<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including all stickers, branding labels, accessories, manuals, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any free gifts or offers received with the purchase must be returned as well.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the return\/exchange is due to personal preference (not a manufacturing defect or company error), <\/span><b>the customer bears the shipping costs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the return\/exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or mismatch, <\/span><b>Enma &amp; Injaz will cover the return shipping cost<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or offer free return options.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company reserves the right to <\/span><b>inspect the returned product<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to ensure it meets the return\/exchange criteria before approval.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Color Variation<\/b><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There may be slight differences in product color due to lighting or photography.
